Witchypoo Stella

Happy Friday Everyone,

Friday is finally here. Let the weekend begin. Well in a few hours. :-)

Today is time for a new challenge for the Copic/Promarker Team over at The Outlawz. And that means another calendar page is ready for you to download. Can you believe it. Only two more after this weeks challenge. But no worries you can still get all the back calendars if you are just joining in now. So there is still time for you to print them out and put together some calendars as gifts.

Of course I am keeping with my theme of Bugaboo's Stella. She is just so funny and will make a great calendar. I am so glad I picked her for my calendar pages.

I have colored her with my Copics. It's a little hard to see by I did give Stella a little orange bling in the way of stickles.

I love the little verses that come with the images.

Please remember you must us Alcohol based markers such as Copics and Promarkers. Your project must be new, NO BACKLINKING Allowed

Thanks for stopping by today and I sure hope you will join us for our challenge over at The Outlawz.

TTCRD Challenge #37

Hello everyone, I am a little behind today getting things together. I had to run some errands this morning that did not go as planned. Oh well.

I am here with a new challenge that is up at Through The Craftroom Door Magazine. Our challenges are anything goes. Our prize this week is being offered by Robyn's Fetish.

Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps

This cute little bear is by Robyn's Fetish. I colored the image with Copics. I then pulled out some very old jars of flocking I am guessing pre 1999 LOL I used the Teddy Bear Tan on the bear and Bubble Gum Pink in the ears and nose. Considering I haven't worked with that for a long time it came out very well.

Everything with this card with the exception of the Trick or Treat and the ribbon were cut using my Cameo.

It's hard to see in the picture but I have given the inside of the pumpkin some glitter pen to make it look more like there might be light in there.

Thank you for stopping by today and hope that you will join us for this weeks challenge. If you are not familiar with the magazine check out the preview of the latest issue that I did.

Happy Fall

Happy Fall to Everyone,

I am so happy it is here. So much so I decided to color a fall card today. LOL

Really I did. I just have been so ready to see fall colors.

My image is by Saturated Canary. She is a little Dutch Girl. I am not really sure if the weather is fall like in the Netherlands or not.

She is colored with my Copics. Look she has a basket full of her own Copics.
My patterned paper is from Bo Bunny

I have added stickles to her hat, bow and the basket lining.
I embossed the leaf design with a bronze sparkle embossing powder. On of her underskirts has some brown Spica pen on it.

I sure hope everyone has enjoyed this first day of fall. I know I have.
Thanks for stopping by.

Lacey Glitter Paper

Hi there,

Wow it's Wednesday. The week is half over now.

I have for you today a video I did for the last issue of Through the Craftroom Door Magazine. If you are not a subscriber of the magazine, I hope you will go check it out HERE. My project is just one of many. Each issue is full of ideas, inspiration, reviews plus much more. Each issue includes free digital stamps. The ones from the previous issue are still available for a limit time.

I have another video in the newest issue. The project is a fun gift idea for the holiday. Click here for the a sneak peek of the newest issue.

In this video I will show you how to make lacey glitter paper. This is an old technique that I use to teach many years ago. I thought I would bring it back to show you. What a way to bling a card up. I hope you enjoy it.

Sorry the picture is a little blurry.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello Friend

Hello there,

I made this card for a dear friend. She loves pinks and chocolate colors as do I. So this image was just calling for those colors.

I am using a cute Elizabeth Bell image sold by SCACD.
I have colored her with my Copics. The papers are by Pebbles. The little Hello Friend stamps is a dollar stamp that I picked up at Michaels. I love that stamp. The card is layered on Chocolate cardstock. The ribbon is some from my stash.

All of the elements were cut using my Cameo. Oh my I do love that machine. The heart border on the front, the little hearts scattered all over as well as the fancy heart pop up on the inside. I also cut the Friends out with it as well.

The Elements

Happy Friday,

Yay, it's Friday. Anyone have any good plans this upcoming weekend? Maybe a little outdoor activity?

Oh I am so happy the weather is being nicer to us with the cooler temps.

Today I bring you my card for the new challenge that we have going on over at the Copic/Promarker Challenge on The Outlawz. The theme this time around is Inspired by the Elements (fire, water, air, earth).

My image today is by Whimsy Stamps that I won a few weeks back and I am using for the first time. I thought this was just an adorable image. My card covers earth, water and air. No fire here well unless you are going to cook the fish they catch over an open fire. :-)

I wish I knew who made the verse but it is a unmounted rubber stamp that I have had for years, I don't think it had ever seen ink before :-).
I didn't really have any good pattern papers so I had to make some. I had a good brown tone pattern paper so I took a stamp I have from Impression Obsession that is a wood grain. So I used that.

The grass was done with my copics, the clouds were done with my cloud template and BG 10. The water I airbrushed with my copic marker then used an another old stamp by Stampscapes. It's a water stamp I have stamped over the blue to create the little ripples.

When I started this card I wasn't sure I was going to pull it off. I just love it when a card comes together better than you expected.

Our sponsor this month is Kenny K Downloads . What fun images he has.

Thanks for stopping by today. I will be back in a little bit to share a video with you.

Through The Craftroom Door

Happy Tuesday Everyone,

Wow, woke up this morning and there is a chill in the air. WOO HOO. I am so ready for fall. Hope everyone's week has gotten off to a good start.

I have for you today the start of the new challenge over at Through the Craftroom Magazine Challenge. Have you checked out the Magazine yet? What are you waiting for? Lots of fun and useful projects in each issue and the new issue will be out soon. Hint a few holiday projects in the upcoming issue. Click here for subscription information.

Our sponsor this time around is the lovely Michelle Perkett. She has a gift certificate to your shop for our winner.

My card today is using one of Michelle's images. Isn't she a pretty witch? No warts here.

I have used my Copics to color her.

Ok, still rocking with my Cameo LOL The Graveyard/Moon is a file from the Silhouette store. I also cut out the digi as well. I am loving my Cameo.

I just love doing Halloween, Fall/Thanksgiving and Christmas cards. They are my favorite.

I hope you will join us for the challenge this week. As always it is an anything goes challenge.

Thanks for stopping by today.

School Colors

Hi there,

Wow it's been a week since I posted. But it's that time again. A new challenge over at The Outlawz CPC. This month challenge is being sponsored by Kenny K Downloads. He has some really fun images to work with. They were so generous to give each of the DT members an image of their choice.

The challenge this week is your school colors. That could be your school colors from high school, collage or even your children's school colors.

My image is called Freshman. I have colored her with my copics.

I really put my Cameo to good use on this card. I created the pinwheel and cut out once in red and once in white then pieced it to another piece of cardstock. I cut the black out as a card. The pennants are cut from a SVGcut.com file. I even cut the image out with Cameo leaving a white border around her.

I really had fun creating this card.

I hope you will join us and show off your school colors.

Thanks for stopping by and having a look.
