Ok so it is Friday and with that it brings another Copic Promarker challenge.

This is the option calendar page you can do for the anything goes challenge this week.

I am continuing my calendar with Bugaboo Stella. Wow this is the November one, only one more left. Don't forget you can still get Jan-Nov if you want to make a calendar for next year. They are fun.

I have colored Stella with my copics. I have to admit I have already finished the calendar and given it to a friend for a birthday gift and she loved it. I will post Decembers next month and if all goes well I would like to do a slide show all the months.

Gotta love Stella, she tells it like it is. LOL

TTCRD Holiday Blog Hop

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to Through the Craft Room Doors Holiday Blog Hop.
Have you checked out the new Holiday Issue of the magazine. Oh it has some really great projects in there for you try for the upcoming holidays. If you are not a subscriber click HERE for more information.

Today I am bringing you a tutorial for you to try out. Be sure and check out the video on how to do this technique below the pictures of the card. It is making background paper that has a "Marbled" look.

I am using Copic Markers for this but you could use most alcohol based markers.
There is also a written tutorial as well.

My image is by MayzyArt. Love all of her hair.

The background is one of the papers I created using the technique I show in the video.

So I go to look in my stash of ribbons to find one to match. Nope not a single one out of all the ribbons I have. I pulled out my Copic Air brush and can of air and made my plain white ribbon to now match the card.

If you would like to see more of these types of video tutorials check out the magazine as I have one in each issue for you.

The gift card folder was created with my Cameo. The file is from the Silhouette Store called pull out gift card holder - bracket by Lori Whitlock

A little ribbon from my stash . I think I have had it for a few years now. I think I got it for a wedding project I was doing. Love it when I can use up some old supplies. The Happy Birthday is a Studio G clear stamp.

Sorry nothing left but 6 cents left on that gift card and I use it to scrap my cameo mat. So it will not be one that is going to be used in this gift card holder LOL.

Halloween and Fall Foliage Colors

Hello Everyone, Happy Friday to all. Well it is a rainy gray day here. Hope someone has some pretty fall sunshine happening.

Today is Friday so that means The Copic/Promarker Challenge over at the Outlawz is up and running.
This week the theme is Halloween/Fall Foliage Colors.

So break out those spooky Halloween or festive fall image and join in.

My images today are by MayzyArt. Mayzy will be back soon. She is taking care of some things but is looking forward to coming back with new items and fun challenges.

I have colored these fun images with my Copics.

The papers are We R Memory Keepers Spookville collection
The ribbon is some old old stuff I have in my collection. The spider was a spider ring that I trimmed the "ring" part off . I got a whole bag of the black and orange ones at the dollar store a few years back. They come in handy for making Halloween items.

It's hard to see but the streak in her hair is gray and silver sparkle.
Even the bride of Frankenstein has to have a little bling in her life.

Thanks for stopping by today and hope you will join us this week.

Yummy Desserts

Happy Friday Everyone,

Wow, it's Friday already. Not that I am complaining. I have had a pretty good week. Got to visit with my bestie on Wed. We had a great day.

I am here to share my DT card I did for The Outlawz CPC group today. Sorry only one copy of the card. With all my computer issues I have somehow lost the other shots. At least I had this one.

The digi image is by our sponsor Make it Crafty. The theme is in honor of National Dessert Day on Oct 14 DESSERTS. Hope you will break out those no calorie dessert related stamps and join us for this challenge.

I have used my Copics to color my image. I used my Cameo to cut out the cute Ice Cream cart. The papers are the Farm House Paper Co Market Square Collection.
A little bakers twine for some texture.

Through the Craftroom Door

Happy Tuesday Everyone,

Boy most of last week was the week from you know where. The good thing I got my new stamp area done and move but after that......long story short. I now have a new laptop, lucky no windows were broke by wanting to through the old one through one. So all is good at this point. The only bad I had to upgrade to office 2010 from 2007 me not like... well at least not Outlook. I will learn to deal with it.

Ok on to my card today this is a card I did for the challenge this week at Through the Craftroom Door. Yes it is an anything goes challenge but we all seemed to go with a more Halloween theme. I even made a file up in my Silhouette studio to make my pumpkin card. Yes that was BCI (before computer issues).

This weeks sponsor is Jelly Park and the little witch is one of their images. How fun is she. All ready to go out trick or treating.

As I said I made the file up, mainly because I couldn't find what I wanted for a card. LOL

The little witch is colored with my Copics

The little bats are also cut with my Cameo, same image just sized different.
The Happy Halloween is a Studio G stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by and having a look. I will also post the file for the pumpkin card over at TTCRD if anyone would like the file. It is only in a Studio format so you will have to have a Silhouette.

Fall Activity

Hello Everyone,

Have you been enjoying fall so far? How about those fall activities? You know pumpkin picking, apple cider making, racking leave etc. Well The Outlawz CPC Team has a great challenge for you this week.

My card this week is using a Digi Doodles stamp. I thought this was so perfect . The scarecrow is taking a break from raking leaves and picking pumpkins.

I used my Cameo to cut out the digi stamp and the brown layer behind it. I also cut the large leaf with it as well.

The small leaves were punched with some old punches that I have had for years.
All leaves were sponged with some distress ink.
The papers are by Farm House. Oh those papers are beautiful.

A little bakers twine and I called it complete.

I hope you will join us this week for this fun challenge over at The Outlawz CPC Challenge. We have Make it Crafty as our monthly sponsor.

Sorry this is a tad late today but I have a very sick computer right now and I am using hubby's so I am not use to it and all my links are not here. LOL

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

New Stamp Studio

Hello Everyone,

I have been MIA for the past few days getting ready to move my Stamp Studio from a finished basement to the second in what is now a former bedroom. I will have lots of natural light in this room. I am really loving it so far. I am so much more organized and if any of you know me I have to be organized. LOL
Let me tell you it too Sunday and Monday to get the VERY LARGE and VERY HEAVY furniture up here and what was in here down stairs.

Below are some pictures I took this morning of the room. Of course Sunday and Monday we have lots of bright sunshine but nooooo not today rain, clouds and windy for my first day of trying out my new diggs.

This is a picture as you enter the room to the left. This lateral file has my envelopes in one of the drawers and templates in another.

This is my bookcase that holds my unmounted stamps and 6x6 paper pads.
Of course there is some of my natural light.

This is my desk area I love this desk because it is so big but somehow when working you still end up in a little space about 10x10 on the top. LOL
Don't laugh you know you do the same thing.

The little cart in the corner has all of my must have close by stuff. The other credenza is a pull out keyboard drawer and one I get the hand me down monitor come the end of the year it will be perfect. And sitting there with my laptop is my Cameo. I also have my cuttlebug stuff there.

The next few pictures are of the closet. This has all kinds of stuff, paper stamps, embellishments, colored pencils ETC.

More of the closet.

More of the closet.

Here is my desk. Love it!

A little different view of the desk.
