This card is made with an Digital Image from http://digitalpenciltoo.com/. Isn't he just so cute looking out the window? I also used the small swiss dots cuttlebug embossing folder and a Stampin up border punch. You can double click on the image to get a little closer look. I love the little teddy bear.

Thanks Bernice, the stamp" Just a Note" is part of a set by Stampendous called Everyday Messages back from 2004. I am not sure they still make them.
